I bought in total 6 machines from this seller
she told me and that's, what we agree
unlimited film cutting machine
(unlimited is the opposite of limited)
unlimited means the machines will cut films unlimited.. 1 or 3 years or until the machine stops working.. it's on their company page UNLIMITED
so now machine stops working .
I contact the seller .
her answer was I need to pay a yearly fee to make the cutting machine work again.
that's different from what we agree.
tried to fix this little issue .. but no luck.
after I complained throughout Alabama..
she block me from WhatsApp, alibaba
